ARTWORK 

• All artwork should be sent to art@colorcup.com
• We will match as close as possible any PMS color at no charge. 
• Multi-color imprints may have registration issues. It is acceptable to have 1/16" movement in colors either way. We always try to keep this at a minimum.  
• Art proofs are typically sent via email within 24-48 hours of PO & artwork receipt.  Simply reply to your proof to approve it for production or request changes. 
• Format: 
  • We prefer EPS, PDF or AI version CS5 or lower.
  • All multicolor imprints should be Vector based.
• Fonts:
  • All fonts need to be saved as outlines/curves.
  • Small text (8 point) or lower may not print clean
• Artwork is kept on file for aproximately 2-3 years. 

SHIPPING

• All items ship FOB Texas 76266
• We ship all orders Fed Ex or UPS Ground unless other arrangements are made prior to order completion.  We can ship 3rd party on your UPS account for no additional charge. When shipping third party via carrier other than UPS there is a charge of $5 per box.
• Drop shipping direct to your customer (1 location) is available at no charge. Contact us for drop ship charges to multiple locations.
• All quoted delivery costs are estimates. 
• On international shipments all shipping arrangements, duties, taxes & fees are the responsibility of the distributor or end user.   
• Once your order ships we are not responsible for delivery issues with the carrier.   Any claim regarding damaged or missing items must be made within 10 days. Original packaging & contents must be retained for carrier inspection. 

PRODUCT 

• Stadium & frost flex cups are top rack dishwasher safe. 
• Lids & straws are available for all drinkware items at an addtional charge. 
• Paper cups are poly-coated, not double walled.  
• Imprint will be on one side unless specified on purchase order.  There is no charge for 2nd side  imprint on single color jobs.
• Multi-color imprints are available.  Please email your artwork to customerservice@colorcup.com so we can determine the best method for printing your multi-color or full color imprints.  
• Color changing items change color when ICE cold beverages are added to the cup.  The colder the beverage, the more vibrant the color.  Room temperature liquid will not prompt a color change.  
• Products are printed with ink & may have a residual odor from vapors.  This odor is not considered a defect.  If this odor is present, we suggest removing the items from the original packaging to allow them to air out.  
• It is possible for plastic and styrofoam items to scuff or scratch during packaging and/or shipping.  This is not considered a defect. 
• Over/Unders: Cups may be discarded during printing that do not meet our quality standards. At times, extras are printed to ensure we print enough pieces to fill your order. We invoice for the exact quantity shipped. Typically the range is between 5% under/over, for some products it can be 10% or higher. We will adjust your invoice or credit you for the exact quantity shipped to you. Please be sure to order enough product in case there of an under shipment. 

GENERAL

• Standard production time is 5-7 business days after proof approval.  Offset stadium cup production time is 3-4 weeks from proof approval.  On -E HighRes printed stadium cups standard production time is 10-12 business days from proof approval. 
• There is no charge for exact repeat orders placed within 12 months of the previous order.   Repeat orders placed outside of the 12 month timeframe will be charged a new set up fee. 
• New customers will be required to prepay via credit card on first order.  Net 30 terms are standard following your first order.  
• All catalog prices are on an S.
